Save every booking page, group poll, appointment, reminder, and meeting record in one workspace. There is no trial clock, credit card form, paid tier, or upgrade gate.
Each one creates the same kind of meeting record, so you can use one, two, or all three without running separate systems.

The Meetin.gs home page
Pick your dates and times, publish, and share one link. Best for a specific meeting that needs arranging now — a booking link for one guest, or a group poll when several people must agree.
A page that is always live at meetin.gs/meet/your-name. You set the hours, days, duration, and notice once, and anyone can book an open slot without asking you first.
Embed booking directly into your own website so a visitor schedules without ever leaving your page. Useful on a contact, pricing, or services page where someone has already decided to talk.
Your dedicated page: you decide when you can be booked
The page at meetin.gs/meet/your-name is the one most people end up using every day. Instead of arranging each meeting separately, you describe your availability once and the page enforces it for you. A visitor only ever sees times you would genuinely accept.
Days and hours
Set weekly hours for each day independently and mark any day closed. A closed day never produces a bookable slot, so a page that is open Tuesday to Thursday simply will not offer Monday — you do not have to decline anything.
Time zone
Your hours are stored against the time zone you actually work in, so daylight-saving changes are handled for you rather than quietly shifting every appointment by an hour. See the time zone guide for how this behaves across regions.
Duration, notice, and how far ahead
Choose the meeting length, a minimum notice so nobody drops a meeting into your next hour, and how far into the future the page accepts bookings. These three settings do more to protect a calendar than any other control — the availability guide explains what to pick and why.
What the visitor sees
Give the page its own address, title, and introduction, add your photo, cover image, or logo, and state the meeting format with joining details plus anything the visitor should prepare. It reads as your page rather than a generic form.
Who is allowed to book
Booking without an account stays the default. If a page attracts unwanted reservations you can require verified Google sign-in instead, which attaches a real name and email to every booking. You can also keep the page out of search results, or pause it entirely while keeping the address.
A good default: 30-minute meetings, four hours' minimum notice, a two-week booking window, and hours that stop before your day does. Adjust once you see how it is actually used.

Access across devices
Sign in from another browser and find your saved workspace without reconstructing public links.
Choose the right level of guest access
By default, invitees open a normal booking page or website widget, choose a time, enter their details, and receive confirmation without creating an account. For a personal /meet/ link, the organizer can instead require Google sign-in. Protected pages attach the visitor's verified account name and email to the reservation to discourage anonymous abuse.
What happens without an organizer account
Some things simply require an account, because they need somewhere durable to live. The clearest example is the calendar subscription: a private link your phone subscribes to once, after which every new booking appears in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook automatically, with reminders the day before and 15 minutes ahead. Anonymous organizers can still download a single meeting file, but nothing keeps updating afterwards.
You can create a meeting before signing in, but temporary organizer access depends on the current browser session. Clearing cookies, changing browsers, or losing the session can make that meeting difficult to recover. A free account claims the meeting and keeps it in your dashboard.
What “no gates” means
No payment gate: no card, checkout, subscription, or upgrade screen.
No time gate: the account does not expire after a trial period.
No meeting gate: Meetin.gs does not charge per booking, poll, or confirmed appointment.
Guest access choice: account-free booking remains the default, while personal-page owners may require verified Google sign-in.
Honest availability: unfinished features are labeled as requirements, not shown as locked premium tools.
How a free account supports the complete meeting lifecycle
Before you share the invitation
Create the booking page or group poll, then save it to your account before placing the link in email, a campaign, or your website booking widget. Add a useful title, duration, time zone, location, purpose, preparation, and joining details. Private organizer notes can preserve internal context without exposing it to visitors.
While people are responding
Return to one dashboard to copy the public link, review bookings or poll responses, edit meeting details, and see confirmed appointments on the calendar. The seven-day reminder shows when the near-term schedule is empty. Live countdowns make the next commitment obvious, while an optional browser alarm can make a sound if the dashboard remains open.
After the meeting time is chosen
Keep the confirmation and meeting record instead of searching old messages for the original link. Previous and closed meetings move into history, so the title, organizer notes, response count, and public record remain available for follow-through. Guests can use their private management path without entering your dashboard.
When you change browsers or devices
Sign in with the same Google identity and return to the saved workspace. This is the central difference between a temporary meeting and an account-owned meeting: the organizer relationship is tied to a verified identity instead of a browser cookie that can disappear.
Free Meetin.gs account questions
What free includes, why organizers sign in, and what guests experience.
Is a Meetin.gs account really free?
Yes. Meetin.gs is free to use with no credit card, trial expiry, paid tier, meeting meter, or feature gate.
Why create an account if I can make a meeting without one?
An account secures organizer ownership, saves meeting pages across devices, and unlocks the dashboard, appointment calendar, history, notes, countdowns, browser alarms, and website widget management.
Do guests need to create accounts?
No. Guests can book a time or answer a group poll without registering. The organizer account protects management access; it does not add friction for invitees.
Why is Google the only sign-in option?
Google sign-in verifies account ownership without giving Meetin.gs your Google password. It also avoids another password for you to store or reset.
Will I be asked to upgrade later?
There is no paid Meetin.gs plan or locked premium tier. Features that are not yet available remain clearly labeled as requirements instead of being placed behind an upgrade screen.
Do I get my own booking page?
Yes. Every account gets a permanent page at meetin.gs/meet/your-name. You choose the address, set weekly hours for each day, pick a duration, minimum notice, and how far ahead people can book, and anyone can then book an open slot without asking you first.
Can I control which days and times people can book?
Yes. Weekly hours are set per day and any day can be closed, so a closed day never produces a bookable slot. Minimum notice stops last-minute bookings and the booking window limits how far into the future the page accepts them. Hours are stored against your time zone, so daylight-saving changes are handled for you.
Can I add booked meetings to my phone calendar?
Yes, in two ways. Download a single meeting as a calendar file, or subscribe your phone to your private Meetin.gs calendar link so every new booking appears automatically. Both carry reminders that alert you the day before and 15 minutes ahead.
What is the calendar subscription link?
A private address in your dashboard that Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook can subscribe to. Once added, new bookings appear on your phone without any further downloads. It requires a free account, and you can generate a new link at any time if the old one is shared by mistake.
What is the difference between the three booking methods?
The home page arranges one specific meeting and needs no account. Your dedicated page is a permanent link people can book any time within the hours you set. The website widget puts that same booking experience directly on your own site. They all produce the same meeting record.
Save the meeting. Keep the history. Pay nothing.
